Classes are a dynamic blend of postures, pranayam (breathing), mantra, and meditation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing and mental elevation. Kundalini yoga balances the body and mind and enables you to experience the clarity and beauty of your true identity, your ‘sat nam’. It works by balances the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies, bringing heightened awareness and creativity to those who practice it.
Who are 1-2-1 sessions for?
There can be many reasons for working 1-2-1 with a yoga teacher. In some cases the person may have never done yoga before and may feel that they’d like to learn the basics before attending a group class. Other people may want a 1-2-1 session so that they can go more deeply into an area they feel they would like to work on. Another reason can be if someone has a particular injury or is in recovery and feels they need some specialist advice that would not be available in a general class setting. Besides these examples there can be many other reasons for requiring 1-2-1 support, any and all of which are valid.
